Constructed in 1860 by brick mason Charles Loewenhaupt, the first brick building in Augusta built in the town's heart. Originally Dr. H.S. Clay's office, it now serves as our delightful cottage, which we take pleasure in offering to our guests. Adorned with beautiful décor and a private patio featuring outdoor seating, it promises relaxation and complete privacy. Additionally, don't miss out on our exclusive Honeybee Cottage Dinner experience at Root, Food + Wine—available upon reservation.
